Ethel E. Starkey

          Ethel E. Starkey, age 92, of Louisville, OH passed away Monday, February 23, 2026. She was born in Warren, OH on December 5, 1933 to the late Baldwin and Emma (Babich) Watson.

          Ethel was preceded in death by her husband, John Starkey in 2005; three sisters; three brothers; and one granddaughter, Emily Riggenbach. She is survived by her two daughters, Jacklynn (Martin) Giles and Elaine (Tim) Kleckner; nine Grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

          Funeral Services will be 12 noon Monday, March 2, 2026 at Stier-Israel Funeral Home in Louisville. Minister Brian Grubbs Officiating. The family will receive friends from 11-12 Monday morning at the funeral home. Ethel will be laid to rest, beside her husband, in Union Cemetery, Louisville, OH.
